Legal Notice Regarding Ongoing Litigation

At Prime Home Inspections, we have always been committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. However, we are currently engaged in a legal dispute with Target Home Inspection Co. and Good Neighbor Industries regarding the ability to perform home inspections in Florida. Target Home Inspection Co. asserts that a non-compete agreement prohibits us from operating, a claim we strongly dispute.

While we firmly believe there is no valid non-compete in place and intend to vigorously defend our right to serve our clients, we respect the court’s decision to temporarily prohibit Prime Home Inspections from performing inspections while the matter is litigated.

Prime Home Inspections has been delivering five-star service for years to over 10,000 clients, long before Target Home Inspection Co. existed. Our dedication to our clients remains unwavering, and we remain confident that the truth will prevail in the end of this lawsuit. It is important to hold high and obey the courts in America which we fully intend to do so and is the reason we are not currently operating.
